The beach is not accessible from the property itself. Hence the name “Seaview”

The staff, the pool, the room (#5), the location. Ms. Honey makes sure everything is ok. The pool may not be that big but warm and not too deep (2-6ft) Room #5 is the "killer room". You open your eyes and your view is literally the ocean which gives one a peaceful feeling. The location is in Danao and travelling on a Friday and Sunday (holy week) gave a certainty of no traffic. And there's a trike or habal habal nearby that one can use to transport to the city. Just ask for the assistance of Ms Honey. There is no restaurant nor menu so you need to make sure you bring with you enough food. But in case you need to have your food cooked, again Ms. Honey will assist you. But the price per room per night is all worth it.

Nothing in particular. But if you are the type of a wifi person, then dont expect much as signal inside the rooms is not that reliable. Tv person too? There's no tv inside. A personal ref though is available as well as a water heater which you would need for your coffee and drinks.

The caretaker gave me an exceptionally large room - not sure if this is standard, but it was a very thoughtful after realising that I was stuck in Danao after ferry cancellation. I ended up staying a couple days, dealing with Honelyn was very easy. The room is spacious and generally clean. Washrooms not so much, but manageable. Breakfast was fruit, rice, egg and pork knuckle (?). It's good for the area, considering nothing else is around in Danao. From what I heard from others, the places near the ferry port are mouldy and awful (though perhaps cheaper and more convenient). The view is fine - it was stormy weather, not much to look at. But other guests were friendly. No wifi that I know of, but my 4G worked fine.

Distance and location, I suppose. It's in an area that feels rather isolated, so sometimes trying to get to town, you're at the mercy of whatever price they decide they can take out of you.

It is hard to get food delivery because Scotts is not visible on google maps.

The swimming pool, location, breakfast next to the sea and a comfortable bed. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

There was no toilet seat on the toilet but not a major issue. Some thicker blinds would help as the property has floodlights on all night which made the bedroom light.

I liked the peacefuness of the location, the chairs available to sit out and watch the ocean, the covered outdoor breakfast area, and the enclosed view room if it rained. The staff was busy and pretty much handz off, but if we needed anything, they would stop their current endeavor and were very helpful. The owners are very kind people.

too far and costly to town. Difficult to get a ride for two. The very bright lights outside that kept the room way too bright at night. I would like to suggest some simple hooks or somewhere to hang wet towels.

Breakfast was okay. Staff was helpful.
