The view , very peaceful Location with plenty of Space and the silent aircon in the bedroom

Quiet old , especially the surrounding Building/ facilities require refurbishment. There is some work on going . The Access to the Sea is complicated , especially at high tide.

The view was fantastic, and the place was clean. Demer, the property's caretaker, was very friendly and helpful. He accompanied us to see the whale sharks and even assisted us with changing a flat tire. The location is perfect; however, it's necessary to have a means of transportation since it is outside the city. The sea visible from the balcony is breathtaking, as well as the little private beach below. We saw more turtles here in one day than we did in an entire week in Moalboal.

Property is definitely a little outdated, but the surroundings, the caretaker, and all the appliances in the kitchen made it more than good!

The kitchen(cabinet) should be repaired...better! Aircon in the living would be awesome!!

Spacious, quiet, two bedroom apartment with kitchen and private spacious, shaded terrace on a cliff with 120-degree unobstructed view to the sea. Sumilon island just in front of the terrace, On one side, a huge Bougenvilla tree with lush white and red flowers. Our unit was to the left when overlooking the ocean. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace after a beautiful sunrise in the sea, Excellent sturdy rail to mount your, TRX cords for exercise or to perform Yoga with the 5 star view where you spot sea turtles every hour. Walk the 50 stairs down to a tiny sand beach and swim out in the clear water where you find some corals to the left. Not abundance of fish species but a chance you might see a turtle in the sea. One review complained about noise from trucks in the night. We noticed some big trucks passing a few times a day, but none of us were disturbed in our sleep. AC in bedrooms are not making noise. Master bedroom has a silent dual split AC. We stayed 6 days. Bring some food to make breakfast, although they had already equipped us with 12 eggs, milk, cheese and bread, and plenty of water. Mattresses were comfortable, not too hard, as is often the case in asia. Hardly any insects. Close to main road, easy to catch transport to whaleshark watching where we found excellent food in the restaurant called Terrace. Babysquids were recommendable

The lower part of the stairs to the sea have reinforced steel sticking up as they have not completed the concrete handrails. However, the caretaker, Dymer, was very attentive and followed us down and made us aware of the obvious danger if you should fall. I would still say that the place is not suitable for children if they are going down to the sea on their own. The place has 5 star views but is not tastefully decorated and could use some modernisation. If you are expecting something close to a mature middleclass dwelling in Europe you might be disappointed. The bedrooms and large living room would have been much more inviting if they had changed from white sterile lighting to warm yellow and installed a large flat screen of at least 50 inches. If this had been done, the owner could probably charge up to double for the accommodation but would lose those on a lower budget. But the price on booking.com was such that we would say we got good value for money. However he time spent on the terrace could not be better than on a 4-star hotel. If you need to spend hours working on your computer, this is your place. But bear in mind that the wifi is sometimes interrupted and hence not reliable if you have scheduled video meetings. We had to restart the router a few times to solve it. And we had to have our own streaming subscription watched on the computer.

peaceful, near to the beach and the house owner is so kind that they have bought water, eggs and bread before we arrived. wifi is also great🩷
