Super clean, beatiful balcony and sea view, host is always available

The host gave us the keys at 7am becasue we travelled all night, he was amazing

The apartment and building are skillfully designed, blending aesthetics and functionality. The balcony offers stunning sea views, enabling residents to appreciate the Black sea’s beauty from their outdoor space.

The property was neither clean nor dirty, but somewhat in between. There were insufficient pots and pans, and we had to wash all the cutlery due to soap spots. The hand soap was not replenished, and there were no shower gels in the bathrooms. Typically, owners provide at least a bottle of water, but this was not the case here. Upon entering, there was an overwhelming scent of air fresheners, so we had to remove them and wait for the smell to dissipate.

Perfect location …. Sea view from huge balcony. Initially, the apartment was designed perfectly, with good furniture, two bedrooms, one of which had its own spacious bathroom. There was also a separate, excellent shower room for the children.

Now for the bad part... The ONLY clean thing in the apartment was the linen!!! For that, we are very grateful. Otherwise, the apartment was extremely dirty. The sofa hadn’t been cleaned for at least a year, and we had to wash it before letting the kids sit on it. All the dishes were unwashed, despite there being a dishwasher. The walls and corners in the bathrooms were covered in mold, the kitchen faucet was broken, and I wouldn’t recommend opening the cupboards—you’ll be horrified! If a proper cleaning is done and the apartment is tidied up, it could be ideal for a family vacation.

I liked the sea view, the balcony/terrace. Also, while I was there, there were no issues with noises coming from other apartments, and it seemed like a quiet condominium. I also liked that I could work on the balcony with the sea in plain sight. Parking is protected, underground and reserved for the apartment, which is essential in the very crowded neighbourhood of Faleza Nord. 1st floor is a nice bonus since you don't have to take the elevator when going to the Reyna beach which you can reach in about 11 minutes of leisurely walking.

The fridge could have cooled better. I notified the owner and they offered to check it while I was there, but I considered it to be a rather minor issue and declined the offer.

Location was amazing, near to the beach and near to great restaurants of Constanta. As a family with 2 kids, we had enough space for ourselves, 2 bathrooms and a generous living area.
