Great balcony and view, kitchen well equipped and high end, bathroom the same, Plenty of hot water and decent bath. Bed v comfy. Loads of space

Poor contact with staff. Initial accommodation cancelled without our knowledge. Charged extra £100 without consulting. Not given details of access to underground garage. Toilet seat broken when we arrived.

Very central, lots of buses to town. Excellent local restaurants and pubs. Nice park

Outside key code screen faces into sun and the screen can be impossible to read at certain times of the day. It needs a sun canopy!

No instruction manual covering heating/microwave/cooker which should be there as standard. Had to call and message Comfort Stay more than once as firstly the WiFi (and therefore Smart TV) not working for first 24 hours. Secondly heating was off so was cold in the apartment when I arrived, all thermostats switched off at the wall and didn’t know how to get it to work (see first line), the heating was erratic and main room never got warm. Thirdly, as a solo female occupant I was left overnight with a large-ish living room window open on vent as it wouldn’t close. Despite saying this was a safety issue for me they insisted no one could visit until the morning which I found quite distressing. This was quite unacceptable. The maintenance man who came in on the following morning (and managed to pull the window to close it) was a very nice chap and he advised that he was available and could have come out the evening before.

Great location and excellent transport links. Property felt secure but easily accessible. Spotlessly clean. Attractively presented. Quiet and private.

We were surprised that a luxury apartment only had a 4’ 6 double bed. There were some basic items missing from the kitchen for example, no oven gloves; no bread knife; no cafetière. Leaving only one dishwasher tablet wrapped in clingfilm for a 4 night stay seemed a bit penny pinching.

Convenient location if you are working in West Bridgford. Some decent restaurants nearby.
