Our host Sanur was on our disposal, waiting for us in the evening for the check in. Always pleasant and helpful.

Property was absolutely beautiful except the view.

Building next door banging on bedroom wall . Unable to use this room due to the noise. No privacy in the pool builders were constantly looking down on us in pool area.

The villa is very nice, ithe rooms downstairs a d the pool area are not as big as the photos make them look however. The beds are huge and really comfortable. The staff are lovely and so friendly. The pool is sparkling clean.

The location is a real issue. It's next door to a very noisy building site, and it's a long way to get to the beach with bars and restaurants. You have to take a taxi to get to the busier part of Sanur beach, which is a nuisance. We opted to leave early and go and stay in a better location.

Great property with everything you needed. Extremely spacious and beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant place to relax.

The location is quite remote and it is not capable to walk to anywhere of note. You need to use a taxi or Grab (Uber) to go anywhere. Or if you are mad, hire a scooter. They are also building a new villa next door and they work 7 days a week sometimes past 1:00am. Noisy!

What a wonderful place! So much space, very clean and we were welcomed with so much kindness! All 6 of us received a watermelon juice as a welcome drink right as we got in. In every bathroom, there were cute bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bathgel. More than enough towels, which I find very important when traveling with kids. The pool was really nice and even had an outside shower. Thanks so much, we enjoyed every moment and will recommend this villa for sure!

It's a bit off track, but it's really not a problem if you have the grab app. And I think it will change by time, since new buildings are being built. All good

We liked everything: appearance, cleanliness, facilities, helpfulness of the staff. Really great.

Perhaps, someone might state that location is not very central, but it has a secure private parking place for a vehicle (if it is rented). Or local taxi is hired anyway. So, location is not essential.
