Foul smelling room, many bed bugs, was bitten in arms and legs. Internet connection was disconnecting many times during official calls, had to yell at hotel staffs to get it restored, but the same problem started after 1 hour.

Booking.com should read this. This particular hotel is known by two different names 1. Pristine Inn & 2.Royal Manyata Mac. I booked it for ₹1900 for 3 days from booking.com but the staff argued saying their daily charges are ₹896/day I.e ₹2700 for 3 days. Despite saying that I already have a booking they did not listened and asked for extra money. This hotel is managed by young boys and they lack sense of respect for the customers. The boy on the other side of the counter was very aggressive and smokes weed or local cigarettes. High on stuff. No sense of talking. I complained about cigarettes smell in my room but they did not do anything bout it. I am not a smoker so it make me very uncomfortable. Also I asked for Wi-Fi passwords but the password they gave me was never connected. I want to raise a complaint about it officially to booking.com and I will never ever book anything from booking.com. It has worst list of hotels and it has no grip over the hotel owners.
