Issues with TV streaming Issues with no hot water Issues with host replying to my concerns and had to keep chasing Not proactive and helpful in any way

The house was in a good area easy access to inverness and lochs, a nice little stroll to the beach and a very short walk to the shops and cafes, it was well equipped and cozy

The house overall was quite dirty, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and even a toenail on the floor, we had to clean cups and dishes before use, also the coffee maker still had loose coffee powder all over it and the sandwich maker had not been cleaned since its last used. I tried multiple times to reach out to the host through booking.com and had no reply to my questions about parking, where to empty the bins when we left or even where they would like the keys left on checkout

The location was great.

The apartment was not clean. I had to clean the bench and appliances before using them. The sabco floor cleaner was sitting in clear view still full of filthy water.. we mislaid the key and rang the agent who. Barged us £40 for a new key to be delivered. Found our key and asked for half the amount to be refunded.mthey said they would get back to us and DID NOT. Would not recommend to anyone. Shame, it could,have been lovely

On the doorstep of the beach, cathedral, pubs, shops, a good long, doable walk to Fairy Glen if you choose. Lovely little place, clean, comfy bed, quick contact when I had issues with the TV.

No outdoor area, but all good as up and out to explore. A wine glass or two would be a nice plus.

Excellent location and very comfortable and coozy place ,best to have a relaxed rest after exploring Highlands. Highly recommended

The front door was filthy and had not been cleaned in quite some time. The owners post was on the door mat, which also had not been collected in quite some time. There had been no heating on at the property and it took a full 24 hours to heat up adequately. There was food stains on the hob and splash back. Washing-up liquid spilt and left next to the sink. The lamp in the living room needed a new bulb. There was underwear belonging to someone in one of the bedside cabinets and the bed was untidy. There were no tea towels to dry dishes. It wasn't possible to use both the kettle and the toaster without cutting out the electricity. The shower was dirty; there were brown marks on the walls in the shower, the glass door and panels were unclean, as were the door mechanisms. Paint was peeling off the ceilings in the bedroom and shower. Once cleaned and heated through the little flat was nice, namely cosy and where we wanted to be Despite being roadside was quiet with access to all local amenities, transport links and parking nearby. Just a shame that the property is not cared for, and as guests, not were we.
