Riad Kasbah des Roches

Purtroppo nella camera non era presente nessun tipo di riscaldamento e la notte sia all’interno che all’esterno c’erano 0 gradi, inoltre come descritto non funzionava nessuna connessione Wi-Fi . Lo staf per rimediare al freddo ha portato 5 coperte che comunque erano insufficienti a riscaldare la stanza e appena ho visto la situazione ho abbandonato la struttura per andare in una dov’è almeno fosse presente un impianto di riscaldamento adeguato. Pessima esperienza. Inoltre lo staf mi aveva assicurato che avrei ottenuto il rimborso del prezzo pagato integralmente

Troppo freddo

Die Unterkunft lag ganz nah an der engsten Stelle der Dades Schlucht, so dass wir diese nach Ankunft in Ruhe erkunden konnten. Die Zimmer hatten gute Betten und es war sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Am Besten war, dass der Neffe des Wirtes, Said, am Abend das köstliche marokkanische Essen mit meinem Mann zusammen gekocht hat und er uns nach nach dem Essen noch einiges von seinem Land erzählt hat. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls individuell und reichhaltig.

Siad is de meest behulpzame gastheer die we hebben ontmoet. Hij probeerde ons het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. We waren er 2 nachten en hebben erg gezellig gepraat. De 2e dag hebben we samen gekookt en heeft hij ons Marokkaanse couscous te maken. Dank je siad voor een inkijk in het Marokkaanse leven. Vanad de riad was het een half uur rijden naar de moskee Finkers. Fantastische wandeling.

We waren er in januari en het was er in de avond en ochtend heel koud.

The Riad is located right next to Dades gorge. The main staff Syed was a very kind and helpful person with an addtional cooking help with him. Syed prepared delicious dinner for us at night which was truly memorable.

Our stay at the Riad was unfortunately quite challenging, as several basic amenities were lacking. The rooms were furnished with as many beds as possible, leaving very limited space to move around or even open our luggage comfortably. None of the bathrooms had proper doors, only thin curtains separating them from the bedrooms, which made privacy difficult. Additionally, the bathrooms did not have fittings to hang clothes or towels, nor shelves to place toiletries. The air‑conditioning units in the bedrooms were either non‑functional or extremely weak. Since we visited in December, the rooms were extremely cold, and the nights were quite uncomfortable. Syed kindly attempted to provide extra heaters, but they were largely insufficient for the conditions. Communication with the owner was also difficult, as we were unable to reach him through the phone number or email provided. While we understand the intention of creating a homely environment, the overall living conditions were far below what one could reasonably expect, especially during winter. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this property.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos. Es un negocio familiar y a pesar de llegar tarde sin poder confirmar nos apañaron una cena deliciosa.

Me gusta el ambiente amigable de los propietarios así como de los pocos huéspedes que encontramos. Tranquilo en un lugar precioso.

Jedynie podobała się nam lokaluzacja. Obiekt nie spełnia minimalnych wymagań. Sympatyczna obsługa.

Obiekt jest w złym stanie technicznym, drzwi do pokoju nie moga sie otworzyć bo ocierają o podłogę, wyposazenie w pokojach i łazience - brak lub uszkodzone. Najbardziej uciążliwe była temperatura w budynku. Po męczącej podróży zakwaterowano nas do nieogrzewanych pokoji - temperatura w budynku: +4 stopnie, na zewnątrz: -5 stopni. Cała noc w zimnych pokojach była koszmarem. Rano w dodatku wyłączona została zimna i ciepła woda. Nidgy nie nocowałem w tak złych warunkach, przemarzłem do szpiku kości.
