Nice Place Beach Hotel

Nice place beach hotel was a pleasant surprise for us! Super close to the north tip of the bay/beach and convenient to get into the main strip with lots of options for breakfast and dinner. The host was super helpful and helped organise us a taxi and surf lessons. The room was spacious and had lots of places to hang all our wet things.

Гостеприимные люди, очень добрые и заботливые. Встретили меня в аэропорту, организовали вечеринку к дню рождения, подарили цветы. Прекрасный учитель серфинга работает в этом месте.

The location is great as it is set back from the main road (which is very noisy). 1 minute walk to the beach Nice breakfast for 1000 rupees (Sri Lankan and Western) Laundry service Great views from top floor very helpful with finding a surfing instructor (we used once and should have stayed with them) friendly staff

We had a strange arrival when the manager (who was otherwise really nice) seemed annoyed at the price we had been given on booking.com and that it was too cheap. I had mistakenly booked rooms with fan only and they were far too warm. On the top floor we were able to open both doors to get a breeze but everything had to be locked at night so then we just had the fan and it was really uncomfortable in the room. There was an air conditioner in our room but the remote was taken away by the manager and we were not offered any chance to pay extra to use it.

Very nice owner who makes his guests feel welcome and comfortable, helps with organizing tours and transportation. Situated second row to the beautiful beach - you can hear the waves at night. Just a few steps away from the main road with plenty of Restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Good breakfast with omelette, toast, jam, butter and fresh fruit or fruit juice.

המיקום של ההוסטל מעולה, ליד הים, והליכה של 5-10 דקות מכל המסעדות והחופים אז יש גם שקט וגם קרבה לכל המקומות חדרים פשוטים, גדולים וממוזגים היטב כולל מאוורר תקרה , יש גם מים חמים מרפסת שאפשר לשבת בה ולהסתכל על הים בעל המלון עוזר בכל מה שצריך - שיעורי גלישה, ספארי בלגונה, הסעה לשדה ועוד אנחנו היינו משפחה של 5 אז לקחנו 2 חדרים של 3 ושל 2 צמודים. היה פשוט מצויין. מומלץ ביותר למי שלא מחפש מלון יוקרה עם בריכה, ורוצה להנות מהפשטות והכיף שבארוגם ביי

La habitación no tenía mosquitera tal y como se anunciaba. Si te toca la habitación cerca de las escaleras entra mucha luz. Limpieza superficial (el perchero del baño estaba NEGRO de moho)

The hotel is in a peaceful area, 1 minute away from the beach. It's in a quiet area and at the same time close to different cafes, bars and parties. The room was very clean. The hotel has a small garden and it looks peaceful. Rifai, the owner of the hotel is incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his hospitality, and desire to help: find a surf-instructor, book a bus, etc. The breakfasts were really delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable stay.
