Castlevania- Traditional house in the Castle

the location is central max 10 minutes walk to the far side of town, but be aware Naxos is a hilly city so there are stairs:) the host was very kind, we were greeted on arrival with some local wine and cakes in the fridge there was everything we needed in the apartment the host also sent us an amazingly detailed information sheet on how to find the apartment I have stayed in other locations where there is no easy car access and it was not so easy - our instructions took us straight to the apartment

one of the bedrooms was accessed through another one so the apartment is ideal for a family, not so private for two couples sharing the two bedrooms but for us it was marvellous

A super charming and characterful house in the old town of Naxos, for those who want to enjoy a local experience. Very well equipped for our family stay for a few days. Attentive hosts, who welcomed us with sweets after a very detailed description of the location. We highly recommend it!

Great location. Walking distance from the ferry port. The host was very informative and welcoming. A very sweet gesture to have baked cake as a welcome treat!

The layout of the house is awkward. Our kids had to cross through our bedroom to access the bathroom.

This is a lovely apartment set in the quiet lanes of Naxos town. We loved the high ceilings and tiled floors, and the lovely outside area for meals was a joy. Just a short walk to the restaurants and shops of the old town, and easy parking not too far away. We were also left a fabulous chocolate cake/dessert too! We really loved our stay here and Naxos is such a beautiful island.

Hard beds are a hazard of travelling in Greece and this one was pretty bad for our problematic backs unfortunately!

The location was great and the property was clean.

We needed to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom and kitchen, this was a bit awkward.

We had such a lovely time here. the location is perfect, the hosts were so nice (even leaving us a dessert upon arrival!), the rooftop had lovely views and the interior design was beautiful. thank you for sharing your home with us

As some other reviews said, the layout of the house is a bit strange but wasn’t an issue for us. The beds were rather uncomfortable but perhaps that’s personal preference

Spacious, charming and clean apartment in a fantastic location - in the meandering alleyways close to the castle and just a few minutes from the busy port area. Host was very friendly and responsive.

A traditional house with a fully equipped kitchen with lots of crockery and utensils. The shower has the strongest water pressure I’ve ever experienced in all the homes we have stayed in. Lots of power outlets. The hosts have us a dessert upon arrival which wad a lovely surprise. Location is handy to walk into the heart of old town.

The layout of the house is unusual where you need to go through the main bedroom to get to the living room then onto the other bedroom. As we did not use those it did not effect us.

Old authentic house In the quiet old part of town. Lovely lady and wonderful treat in the fridge. Great well stocked kitchen.
