La Brezza Home Sanremo

An excellent choice! The apartment is very clean, located on the ground floor, with a spacious balcony and a well-kept courtyard accessible only to guests or residents. Parking is available in the courtyard, which is a big advantage. The fine sandy beach is just across the street. Marco, our host, was very kind, and communication was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this accommodation – we will definitely be back! Thank you.

The apartment has an exceptional location since it is in front of beautiful beaches from a walking distance, and a short car drive to the city center. The owner Marco was extremely attentive, helpful and kind, he gave us a guide of places to visit from bars, restaurant to tourist attractions, and was very attentive if we needed anything. The house is already fully equipped, nice decoration and aesthetically pleasing. Very clean and organized. I will return for sure! 💯

This appartment is amazing!!! Marco, owner, very nice and helpfull. This appartment is definetelly the best for beach stay in Sanremo. Appartment is brand new, kitchen is fully equipped, also with coffee maker, washing mashine and dishwasher. It has nice balcony. Beds are with quality mattrasse. It is 4 min from door to nice public beach. Very nice bathroom.

The apartment was spotless and the hosts welcoming and helpful. They checked by text if we had any needs and needed any help at all. It is run by a lovely family.

A fair walk into town but Busses were so frequent and cheap it didn't matter.

Apartment newly refurbished. Everything was new and working perfectly. Host on time for check in & out, most helpful and very friendly. Super sea views and walks directly across the road in 2 minutes. No hesitation in returning.

Apartment on ground floor at back of small block, so natural light rather limited. We were out all the time so not a problem.
