Nichts….sind nach 2 Nächten vorzeitig abgereist !

1) die Lage 2) Privatwohnung des Eigentümmers like AirBnb 3) Wohnung im 2,5 Stockwerk ohne Aufzug und dies stand nicht in der Beschreibung 4) zu viel Strassenlärm 5) Matratzen in 2.ten Schlafzimmer viel zu klein für die Bettgestelle 6) Bettwäsche machte den Eindruck als wäre diese nicht frisch…z.B.schwarze lange Haare auf den Laken in beiden Schlazimmern 7) Extreme (!) Verständigungsprobleme mit dem Eigentümer/Verwalter Fazit: Preis/Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis zueinander !!!!!!!!!! Nie mehr !!!!

"מקום חדש ומושלם למשפחות. מיקום נהדר והבריכה היא תוספת מושלמת"

סרג'יו מארח נהדר. קיבל את פנינו והסביר על הדירה והמתקנים. המתקנים בדירה חדשים וענו על כל צורכינו. יש אפילו קפסולות קפה. הדירה בקומפלקס סגור עם שער. חניה קרוב לכניסה לבניין. יש בריכה במתחם עם כניסה חופשית (יש מפתח). 7 דק נסיעה לגארדלאנד. סרג'יו התעניין אם אנחנו צריכים משהו על בסיס יומי. מרפסות נהדרות. מומלץ!

לקחת בחשבון שאין מעלית והדירה בקומה 2.

Das Apartment hatte echt gute technische Ausstattung. Großer Fernseher mit Soundanlage. Die Küche war mit ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.

Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Aber das ist nach unserem empfinden aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Exactly as shown in the photos on website. Clean, modern, comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Swimming pool was perfect. Two balconies front and back for chasing the sun ! Large showers, air con ..everything you need .

Not really a problem for us but maybe families with small kids won’t enjoy the walk to and from the main town due to lack of footpaths . I have nothing bad to say about the property itself. It was nice to be away from the main town, 35 minute walk .

"Very nice apartment"

Very clean and tidy.. Had all appliances and excellent WiFi.

It is difficult to walk to the center of Pescheria due to the apartments location. The road is very busy and there are no footpaths n the route.
