My second stay at the property and I am satisfied. The host was ever reachable and very helpful whenever needed.

The room was exceptionally clean, quite affordable, and close to amenities

The host's cleaner was rushing me out of the apartment on my last day of stay, before my check out time and was very rude! I took 2 days to inform the host to add small essentials in the apartment, which he ought to have done when he started the business, making me feel unsettled during my stay. Host took a lot of time to organize for the pumping of water, during my last day of stay in the apartment, costing me time for my flight. Host should invest in a microwave.

the host response time is great very helpful in the transfer information from SGR to the apartment. The place is quite and enough for a solo traveller.

It was OK. Just 2 things not working of which I reported it to the owner. Toilet doesn't flash and the water dispenser was not cooling water. Otherwise was OK and the caretaker was very helpful.
