"It was ok, but the reviews left by others suggested something better."

The e mail from the property stated that there would be reception for check in before 4.30, so I did not provide contact details. When we arrived there was no answer and we had to telephone. The arrangements were confusing. We did not know that breakfast was on a different floor.

Staff were really friendly, warm and helpful. They were very attentive when we asked for assistance with travelling onwards and gave us really useful advice. Location was excellent. Room was comfortable.

Could have had more vegan options for breakfast but there were still some options for us and overall we enjoyed our stay!
