Al Madina Golden Hotel

We were a stone throw distance from the Prophets Masjid. Which was ideal. The hotel was tidy and our rooms were nice. The toilet was clean. Which is always vital . After having booked the hotel, I came across some negative reviews online. I'm glad I didn't cancel the booking and experienced our stay at the hotel. It was beautiful. Alhamdulillah.

When groups came the whole area in the lobby would be packed. Just didn't seem like there was order then however it is what it is. Understandable.

Staff were absolutely friendly. I believe the brother’s name was arshan he was incredibly customer service focused and honestly a pleasure being around! And it was all ever so clean! Loved the view from the 10th floor room 18! Absolutely phenomenal! Pleasant experience and atmosphere! As well as beyond close to the haram which is lovely! Deserves more appreciation!
