有任何疑問以訊息聯繫都能很快得到回覆，溝通聯絡非常友善有耐心。 公共廚房與浴室每天都打掃得很整潔，廚房用具齊全，燒熱水泡茶和使用冰箱冷藏糕點麵包或是微波爐加熱食物都很方便。 可能是因為冬季淡季沒有住滿，所以基本上使用共用浴室無需等待，公共空間使用起來也很自在舒適。

房間門牆薄隔音不好，雖然其他房間的旅客都彼此尊重不喧嘩少鬧，但多少還是會被使用洗手間或出門發出的聲響影響到。房間有點濕悶的感覺，但設有對外窗，每天回房後開窗通風一下即可解決，問題不大。

A 10 minutos a pie de las estación de tren de Sintra. Con cocina común que puedes usar para cocinar y desayunar con todo tipo de electrodomésticos. Cuarto de baño pequeño pero renovado y todo correcto.

No hay cobertura dentro del alojamiento. Algunas paredes estaban rotas. La zona del alojamiento de noche estaba a oscuras completamente.
