Actual location compromised by mud and lack of easy access on a dark rainy night

The park home was exceptional and owners left towels, tea towels, washing up liquid etc which was great. Location perfect.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable for us but you can't please everyone :-)

Warm and cosy, perfect after a day of fossil hunting at the local beach. Had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. The shower was lovely, was great having the ensuite toilet in the main bedroom. Everything was clean and organised. A short drive to Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Lovely places to eat out at Lyme Regis and also a handy local store to get any bits you need.

Not that I didn't like it but just something to be mindful of, you can't park the car directly outside to unload, but it is just a short walk from where you can stop the car to unpack before parking it in the main car park. It wasn't a problem for my son and I at all. It is something that is noted on Booking, so was aware of this before booking.

The cabin was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, well kept and fully kitted out. A home away from home. Easy to heat up and stays lovely and warm on a cold day. Owner supplied us with tea/ coffee/ sugar, washing and cleaning products. Also provided a pint of milk. Very thoughtful and much appreciated.

There was nothing not to like. Had a tiny bit of difficulty finding the place as we got there after reception closed but it turned out to be a very short walk from the main car park.

Exceeded our expectations: it's a very nicely designed caravan, well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen. Central heating was unexpected.

The caravan is sited on a steep, grassy field and when it's raining (as it was when we arrived), it is pretty slippery for carrying bags up/down the hill. As others have said, it's also quite tricky to find, in part due to it being away from any of the roads and the numbering not being hugely intuitive (or signposted). We stopped at the office on the way in and they very helpfully gave us a map, without which we would have struggled.

Everything you could have needed was there. We took tea towels and washing up liquid and blankets as the last caravan we stayed in was cold. No chance of being cold at this caravan. The heating was fab. We thought it was so nice of our hosts to leave milk in the fridge and biscuits to go with our tea. The location in relation to Lynne Rigis and Charmouth was ideal. A great stay and we would stay again.

The van was a little difficult to find and the slippy grass slope is a bit difficult to get supplies up and down. Could do with some paving stones.
