Wood Farm Holiday Park

Close to the Jurassic Coast.

We were glad that we arrived with plenty of time. The booking.com gave us the wrong post code. It took us extra 1 hours to find the place. Luckily the caravan site we inquired they gave us the right post code and instructions how to get in to the site.

Have stayed on many parks before. All very nice. This one very homely with pretty veranda and did the job, which was just a last minute few days away with my friend. Unfortunately, I suffer with my joints so sleeping away is never good even though I bring my thick topper, but that's just me. A perfectly good caravan with all amenities plus the added luxury of 2 toilets 😀 (which it didn't say on the info but I managed to suss out by the photos). Only drawback (if it was bad weather) can't park car next to it for loading/unloading. Fortunately, we had a fabulous sunny week 😎. Thank you.

Some basic handwritten instructions for the microwave would be useful. Had to use my mobile as a timer as we couldn't work it out. I also left a handwritten note for the TV remotes which were easy once you had worked them out. Just simple things that stops people fiddling about with all the knobs and buttons when they arrive 😀.

It was a nice and quiet location. The caravan was clean.

The 2 smaller beds are a bit wobbly; it takes a night to get used to it but then it was fine.

Lovely, well maintained site. Caravans well spread out.

Swimming pool closed at 5.45 on the day we wanted to use it.

Lovely place, in a great location, the indoor pool was an added bonus and the beds were very comfortable. overall, the place was like a home from home.

Accommodation was excellent. Well maintained with little extras and extremely comfortable.

Apparently, we should have received a notification email from Booking.com to tell us a code for the safelock which meant we had to contact the owner. This email should also have told us that there wasn't parking alongside our accommodation. As access to the property was on quite a steep incline, we are both in our seventies and I have problems with my knees this did cause us a few problems with loading and unloading our car. The email actually arrived today (the day after we arrived home.) If we had received this or if it had been highlighted on the booking,com information we wouldn't havebooked this particular accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely caravan! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area that felt like a true escape, yet just a short drive from the stunning seaside. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying our morning coffee was such a treat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature by the coast!
