"A stylish lovely studio in a great location."

We loved the location, the road is very peaceful and there are some great pubs and cafes nearby. It was an easy walk to Brighton Station and the North Laine shopping area. Perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like! We loved it all.

"A lovely peaceful haven"

Lovely quiet location, very close to Queens Park and a few minutes walk to a local shop and coffee shop. Perfect for me visiting family on Queens Park Road. The raised flowerbed full of spring flowers outside gives an extra bit of privacy. The studio was well equipped. The bed and bedding were very comfortable indeed!

Nothing really, although at 5ft 2 I found swapping the plugs for microwave and TV a little fiddly at that height!

Exactly what we needed for 2 nights stay. Was cost, great location for what we needed. Everything was clean. Host was lovely. Very cheery studio.

N/A Only thing I could suggest is just a more powerful shower head maybe.

"Great little stay"

Perfect location, quiet and within walking distance of town and beach Spotlessly clean Great to arrive and have the wherewithal to make a cuppa after a long journey

The mattress on the bed!! 😩 Would have given 10/10, but the mattress was terrible!!

Location was lovely and peaceful, not too far away from places. Good bus route around the corner. I had a lovely stay here, the host was very accommodating. Communication excellent with the host. The accommodation had everything I could possibly need. Lovely home from home. Very happy

I found nothing negative at all, I had a lovely time. The accommodation was on top of a hill, not a problem if your fit. However there was a perfectly good bus route if you do have mobility problems.

"A well-positioned studio with all you need!"

A perfect little studio. Away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton City, but not so far away that it's inconvenient to get to where the fun is. Perfect for a fun-packed day and a quiet night's sleep. Buses are regular and cheap - I recommend making use of them. The shower and bed (the two most important things for me!) were top-notch and the host was very friendly and welcoming, giving some really good suggestions on places to go. Would happily stay here again!
