The apartment was very old and needs a good update

The shower was terrible, no water pressure, very poor shower head

Friendly reception at all times over our stay

Was asked to pay more, which i had double checked the amount.

The staff were all amazing and the pools at Jayakarta were beautiful

The room was outdated , the shower was low water pressure , the tv was all fuzzy, the balcony roof was hanging down , the elevator wasn’t working at times . There was no option for breakfast

Lower levels not available for accommodation. Shower poor pressure and had two calls about safe not working.

The room had ants. Once complained to the cleaner, she started that if she sprayed our rooms whilst we were out the cockroaches would appear. Kettle lid popped off and hot water spilled all on the floor. Sat in the small balcony and old paint stuck to your arms. The oool was around 600m away. You had to turn the key 3 times one way and 3 times another to get in. No security cards issued. Mould all in taps. Spiders in bathroom. The receptionist didn’t even help with bags even though I had glass in my foot and was limping, he just sat and watched. Awful place and would not recommend it to anyone.
