I am utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a thick layer of dust on the shelf, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in months. This level of uncleanliness is simply unacceptable. However, the biggest outrage occurred in the bathroom: the bath mat was not changed once during our entire stay. At the end, the hotel charged us an excessively high fee, claiming the mat was so dirty it couldn't be cleaned. This is absolutely ridiculous! Anyone knows that a bath mat can be easily cleaned in a washing machine. Charging us for something they didn't bother to replace is the height of audacity. This kind of scam is something I have never experienced before. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
