For me the location is very convenient, the place is clean and the staff is exceptionally helpful!!!

I was staying there for the second time, this means there is nothing I don't like, because if there were I would not come back.

I ended up staying a month cuz it was so nice. Clean spacious rooms with a balcony and lovely view of trees and local temple buildings. Top balcony as well with a view over the whole area. Kitchen in the first floor with all u need. Very present and lovely owner. No mold in building which is hard to find in Ubud. The place is absolutely amazing!! The building is very well maintained.

A very cozy house in a quiet area with a large terrace, perfect for exercising or working. The kitchen has everything you need, including coffee and tea. The bathroom is clean, and cleaning is available daily upon request. Helpful staff:)

The air conditioner was a bit loud and didn't make much of a difference.

All was perfect for me. Location is not super central but with a motorbike won't be any trouble. Is clean, comfortable. Quiet at night. No issues at all.

The entrance is to this building is through a long alleyway which I deem unsafe at night. The entrance gate is not locked which means anyone can get it. I felt very uncomfortable and left that first evening. There was dead bugs on the floor which I understand we are in ubud but this should have been noticed by the team before my check in.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker which made mornings even better. The property offered a beautiful view surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone and would love to come back again!
