Die Lage zum Strand war außergewöhnlich. Ca. 2 min Fußweg und man konnte den tollen Strand genießen. Es sind auch einige Restaurants und Coffee Shops in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt ca 15min zu Fuß. Das Apartment selbst war überaus schön. Es hatte alles, was man benötigt. Von einem bequemen Bett, einem Balkon, einem angenehmen Wohnzimmer mit TV bis zu einer ausgestatteten Küche und schönem Bad. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt 😊

Die Bar gegenüber war fast jeden Abend sehr laut und spielte Musik bis um 2 in der Nacht am Wochenende. Das Apartment liegt balkonseitig an einer Straße und es fahren abends öfters Autos mit stark erhöhter Lautstärke vorbei. Ohrenstöpsel sind ein Muss!

Location was fine. Restaurant La Fonda was excellent. Food was awesome and staff super helpful. Manager Jenny was great in helping me locate Casa María information. Eric the bartender was great with the drinks and conversation.

I wish the direction for Casa María were better and that it explained that loud music would be played until 2:30 am. The apartment was fine. It was very clean and convenient to beach and easy parking at the plaza.

This was the most wonderful stay…and I travel often! The place was absolutely fabulous - huge…extremely clean and the attention to detail was amazing!! The beds…and the bedding…AMAZING…which made for restful sleeps! There was nothing that was not already in the home…Evette thought of everything to make the stay very welcoming and comfortable…everything…no need to run to the grocery store upon arrival - so well thought out for the guests convenience. Coffee, water, snacks, beach chairs, beach towels, truly nothing was missing and we never had to go to the store for essentials. There is a large balcony completely furnished that overlooks the neighborhood with a glimpse of the stunning sea a block away. Restaurants, shops, liquor store, the beach and a fabulous walk up Cafeteria with amazing empanadas down the street! The locals in the neighborhood were amazing as they are kind, helpful and good hearted. I left my beach chair in the store on my way to the beach, the owner had a gentleman chase me down to bring me my chair - so kind! The owner, Evette, had to stop by after our arrival - what a beautiful soul 💜beaming with pride and genuine concern that we felt welcome and comfortable - so very refreshing…absolutely, without a doubt one of the best experiences … thank you Evette and family - your kindness touched our hearts!

The fact that we had to leave. Would have enjoyed spending time with Evette the owner!

The staff did not bother you AND they took care of your needs.

Very clean. Was in a great location all the restaurants and cafes in the area, to include the one right below the location, were staffed with nice people. The food and drinks were also very good. I was very happy i stayed at this location. Even the new hamburger place was excellent. Had coffee and breakfast almost everyday at “simple foods”. I would recommend this place to anyone with one warning, “it gets a little loud during the night, between 11pm and 1am, with the vehicles driving around and the music from the vehicles.” I would call them, “RiffRaff”. But, leave them alone and they leave you alone.

I loved the location, the thoughtfulness, and the space.

The liquor store down the street was a hot spot for locals with blasting music until 2am every night.

Unit location was great and it was clean and spacious. 1 block to beach; restaurants / family owned bar and bakery within steps of the unit. Very friendly neighborhood; great for people watching.

Street parking is limited; especially in front of the unit due to local restaurants.
