Very clean, family room and bathroom was great. Grounds were very well kept. Not a leaf out of place. Felt very luxurious. Toys for kids in common room. Community kitchen is easy to use. Easy drive to the airport. Really nice butcher shop down the street for groceries and also a really nice Caffè in the neighborhood. Off street gated parking, which was a plus for us. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

The location was very quiet, and the breakfast was very good.

There was too much light in the room in the early morning. Could be solved with better curtains.
