The location is perfect. A short walk to Medina and tram stop. Restaurants nearby and a Carrefour around the block. Private parking is also available

I fact the property has 1 bathroom & 1 shower bathroom, I do not understand why the property has fixed a bidet in the shower bathroom, although it's already installed in the bathroom. Furthermore, require electric maintenance to change the burning light. The unit seems renovated.
