Sea View Apartment Ana

Ana is the host of this apartment and she was very kind and helpful. She gave all the tips of where we could find things in the Podstrana area. The apartment is very modern, well decorated and, mainly, comfortable and clean. We could park the car in the property and we could find everything we needed. For my daughter, the bathtub was really a plus.

The house was very clean, the owner was a real professional, very helpful.The House is located close to the sea and shops.

THE APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN, IT HAS A LARGE, WELL-KEEPING COURTYARD AND SO THAT THE PROPERTY IS FAR FROM THE ROAD, PARKING PLACE FOR THE CAR, COMFORTABLE BEDS,THE SOFABAD IN THE LIVINGROOM IS EXTENDED AND GOOD TO SLEEP ON IT, THERE ARE RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS NEARBY ACCESSIBLE EVEN ON WALK

THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT IS VERY NARROW AND WITH PEBBLES, SO NOT VERY BEAUTIFUL AND GOOD FOR SMALL CHILDREN, BUT 15 MINUTES BY CAR IN DUCE-OMIS I FOUND A PERFECT SAND BEACH (GOLUBINKA BEACH) ENTRY INTO THE SEA IS SLOW AND A SUNSHINE COSTS ONLY 5 EUROS ALSO THERE ARE 2 RESTAURANTS RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND FREE PARKING ON THE BEACH

Highly recommended apartment! The Hosts, Ana and her family are very kind and helpful people. They did everything to make our family holiday perfect. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, you'll find everything you need on a holiday. In case you don't, Ana is happy to help. The closest beach is a few minutes walk away, Omis with its child-friendly beach is 15 minutes by car.

The location is perfect, just a maximum of five minutes away from a beautiful beach that is refreshingly free of large crowds. This made our beach outings incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The host was fantastic—very good, kind, and always ready to help. From providing clean linens and towels to assisting us with the BBQ grill, their hospitality was top-notch. They even shared some delightful local olive oil and wine, adding a special touch to our stay. The apartment is conveniently situated near several good restaurants and a supermarket, making it easy to enjoy local cuisine and shop for essentials. Despite traveling with our cat, we felt completely welcomed and at home. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The combination of a great location, excellent amenities, and a wonderfully helpful host made our trip unforgettable.
