Il Cortile dei Cantori

We recieved a short Video from Stafano showing how to enter the apartment which made it really simple. The apartment only has 5 or 6 stairs in the entrance so theres no problem with the luggage, also you can make a short stop with the car infront of the entrance to unload. The apartment itself is very funtional and well equipped with a small kitchen and a big fridge with all things which you need for your stay. The balcony was so big with chairs and a table which was cosy for drinking coffee etc. The bathroom is funcutional and includes a washing maschine. There is also plenty of free parking available in the street and there are 2 Supermarkets at the end of the street Maximum 2 miniutes walking. The location is great it's a 10 Miniute walk to to the old part of town so very easy to reach and come back after a full day in the city.

The only negatives were that the apartment is a little dark but on the other hand threre's plenty of lighting. The heating system works automaticaly but it seems strange how the sytem regulates when it should switch on and off but you can also use the aircondition to quickly heat up the main room but not in the bathroom......

Tout est top, propreté, literie. Stefano est totalement à notre écoute et très réactif.

Appartamento accogliente e ben organizzato, ospite sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in zona, posizione non troppo distante dal centro, nelle vicinanze si trovano alimentari, ufficio postale, locali e altri servizi.

Soltanto un particolare: un abat jour sui comodini potrebbe facilitare.

Close to the city center

The area is dirty outside the building and looks a bit unsafe during the evenings. The location could have more facilities, it is quite basic and does not look as cosy as in the pictures.
