I was told there was a pull out bed for my child under the double bed, I paid £100 for a family room and there wasn’t a pull out bed it was literally a cushion off a sofa bed and the bed cover and pillow provided for the pull out cushion under the bed had no cover or pillow case, my son was also very uncomfortable on it and complained of back pain the next morning. The bedding on the double bed I was sleeping in smelt unclean, I found it really difficult and complicated to also get into the house when I arrived and someone who was staying in the house had to let me in. I wasn’t going to leave a review and I’ve received many emails asking for feedback but I personally don’t like leaving negative feedback but today I received another email asking me to leave a review so I thought I’d give some honest feedback. I personally would of asked for a refund for partially some of the money I paid for the family room but I felt this would be harsh but if the owner would like to reimburse me I’d be very grateful. Thank you

The place is conveniently located

The room was lovely & bathroom was nice also the kitchen was really clean too, it was close to the family I was visiting

The neighbours were a little noisy, but eete on hols so forgiven.

It was quiet, very clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. Communication was also very good.
