Everything was broken fridge dishwasher stove dishes were dirty the cleaning prior was very basic stains on floors and closet on first floor has had water damage and is kinda sketchy

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood with a big back yard. The house was spacious, beds were comfortable and we were able to bring our fur babies with us.

There were some concerns when we arrived, but the owner was very quick to respond. He kept in touch and went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were resolved.

No tv’s in the room

Absolutely nothing…. The owner was rude … and called the moment we arrived and started questioning me about who all was in the house and telling me who was allowed to be in the house and for how long and what is considered hanging out and visiting and that if one of my great nieces or nephews or grandkids fell asleep their then I would be breaking my contract because only 2 people were allowed to be there …. We were there for my fathers heart surgery so all the family came to the house I rented to visit instead of trying to visit in one of their hotel lobbies… he had the manager who lived down the street watching us constantly, the internet didn’t work and he didn’t supply us with a password for what he said was the correct one , there was no kind of TV to watch do to no internet . The house was left with old bar of soap in the shower, the grass was knee high when we arrived and I had to tell him about that so it got mowed the next day but they left the wet grass all over the back porch , he had this nasty live seat thing that was peeling and sticking to everything and everyone … the lights in the kitchen kept flashing like it has a short and I have severe PTSD and chronic Headaches so that sucked and had to have it off, the carpet in the main living area smells like cat pee … I had my service animals there and had to keep them in the kitchen area or upstairs with me so they didn’t lay in that mess …. There are 2 metal rods sticking out of the ground at the bottom of the porch that you can’t see and especially with the grass to your knees and I kicked one and was only wearing my house shoes … my toe was bleeding… the toilets looked clean till you lifted the lids and you could see all the nasty crap by were they bolt down … the base boards had crap on them and spider webs all through the house ….

I would have to say that my favorite room in the entire house was the bathroom located off of the master bedroom (ironically, the bathroom I had to plunge 😆). The oversized bathtub & the walk-in shower, coupled with those his & hers sinks, provide an amazingly relaxing & refreshing experience. I actually told someone, "I want to replicate this bathroom." Finally, the host was simply wonderful to work with. Not only did he answer me immediately when I was unable to get inside that first night, but he was also very attentive to me without being overbearing about it. I only heard from him a couple/few times - I think he checked on me twice, and I contacted him once when I accidentally tripped the security system. But, it was evident from the beginning of my stay that if I needed something, he would accommodate, if possible.

There was a little snafu with the door not wanting to accept the code supplied. But, it was resolved in almost no time at all when my host answered his doorbell around Midnight when I arrived (for which I give him much respect & many thanks). Also, upon arrival, one of the commodes was plugged up, and I could not locate a plunger. It was a rather insignificant problem, though, as there were other conveniently located bathrooms & my nephew (who I was in Clarksville to visit) brought his over for me to use. There was a plunger, by the way. I just overlooked it.

It was peaceful quiet and very inviting. Plus it was close to the military base where my daughter's boyfriend is station. The neighborhood was lovely.

I like everything about it. There was nothing not to like.
