Location was very good. Apartment was cosy and comfortable.

Extremely poor communication prior to arrival. Digital key didn’t work. Address was not the same as confirmation information. Kept on trying to get me to submit my card details even though I had paid via booking.com

Tråkigt när man bokat en lägenhet för 4 pers så fanns det bara 3 st täcken, bad om ett täcke till men fick en filt! Fanns ingen disktrasa eller kökshandduk, så svårt att torka av och hålla fint.

Very good location in the old town.

The introductory pictures that appear on Booking.com are not a good representation of the rooms. They lead one to believe that there is a living area, with kitchen facilities (as does the “apart” in aparthotel) but the 3 rooms we saw were all small and barely fit our luggage. Also, I don’t think this hotel should be accepting bookings that specifically state there will be a baby as part of the group. The bedding was unsafe for a baby, and they didn’t offer a cot. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and there was a good shower. The receptionist (who communicated with us remotely through an intercom at the self check-in desk) was pleasant and offered us another room when the first one couldn’t fit our luggage. The location is very good, around the corner from the Nobel Prize Museum. I would recommend it for a couple on a city break who want to stay in a good location.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of the square in the old town, 2 minute walk from the palace. Perfect if your going for a couple of days. Place to store your luggage after you check out was helpful so we didn't have to carry bags round on the last day - did have to pay tho.

Got a family room and the room was tiny for 4 people, really hard for us all to get ready in was basically falling over each other. Didn't realise two of the 'single beds' would be bunk beds as it never said that on the bed options when booking the room. An iron, fridge and an actual wardrobe rather than a few hangers would have been helpful, it was just the bare minimum but did have a hair dryer at least.
