ロケーションの良さと駐車場の管理をされている方が親切であったこと。

チェックアウト時に契約駐車場の無料チケットを渡された際に、チェックアウト時間が９：５８であったにも関わらず、担当の若い男性スタッフは涼しい顔で１０：００までご利用いただけます、と私に伝えたことです。 普通の常識人であれば、お客様お急ぎください、ではないでしょうか！ そういう意味ではスタッフのレベルが期待値以下でした。
