Falcon Lodge Bela Bela

The place is very beautiful, the pools are stunning. Not much to do in winter though. I would love to go back in Summer with my family as i think the kids would love the pool area and also the place is not too busy like other big resorts.

There were cockroaches in the unit unfortunately. Maybe a fumigation every three months will help. Also the couch in the unit is extremely uncomfortable and does not seat eight people. We were just four and couldn't manage.

If they could fix the bathroom tap on the 6 sleeper bathroom. If they can offer an ironing board as well. The bathroom door doesn't close

It's a peaceful place, with beautiful pools.

The was a problem with the electricity but seems to be sorted out. The flies can be uncontrollable but that's nature.

I liked everything. It was perfect for our group outing 🙌🙌🙌

Facility is family friendly, we had a good time. Sibusiso was very helpful, he attended to all our issues on time. He really made sure we were okay.

Electricity and water kept on going on and off. Toilet had a leak... Maybe full inspections must be conducted before visitors check in.

The Pool area was nice.

Please make sure to confirm the number of rooms you book before you go to this place otherwise they will scam you. I did a whole back and forth with a very rude Bianca from the property who refused to give us a 3 bedroom chalet when that is what we booked and paid for. Even booking.com kept telling them thats what we booked but they still refused to budge, that spoiled my whole experience but other than that the power kept going off, it was worse on the sunday where power was off for 5 hours over night leaving us in pitch darkness. It rained and there waa some leakage. Bathroom and shower could also be cleaner.
