The hotel is located about 45 minutes by car from Marrakech, right in the middle of the desert, offering a unique opportunity to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful desert experience. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. In one instance, a staff member even went out of their way to get medication for me during an allergic reaction — truly impressive service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom, although there were some maintenance issues like dark stains on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel’s infrastructure is great for relaxation, featuring a beautiful garden, a playground and a children’s pool, a large outdoor pool (up to 3 meters deep) with clean facilities and comfortable chairs where towels are provided upon request, and a rooftop terrace offering stunning sunsets — possibly the most beautiful we have ever seen. Breakfast was delicious and served at the table, with a variety of options and the chance to ask for more if desired. For lunch and dinner, we enjoyed a mix of traditional Moroccan dishes such as Harira soup, as well as international favorites like four-cheese pizza and sandwiches. The hotel also offers a good variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, juices, water, and tea. Board games are available for free at reception, providing a fun way to spend time with friends. Overall, the pizza (especially the four-cheese variety), the typical Moroccan Harira soup, the attentive service, the free board games at reception, the beautiful outdoor pool area, and the breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop terrace stand out as key highlights.

Wi-Fi coverage is spotty and often weak, with several areas where the signal was better but generally unreliable. Mobile phone signal was very poor even with a Moroccan SIM card, which was frustrating. The heated pool, which we tried on a cool evening, was unfortunately cold and not heated as expected. Food service had notable delays, with some orders taking over an hour to arrive. While we were fine due to good company and games, other guests appeared annoyed by the long wait times. The hotel’s location in the desert means it is quite remote, and most tour companies do not provide pickup service because of the distance. This meant long walks under the sun to reach bus stops. Booking tours through the hotel is an option but tends to be more expensive. Maintenance issues like the dark stains on the bathroom ceiling and some areas needing upkeep detract from the overall boutique hotel image. In summary, the weak Wi-Fi and mobile signal, the long wait times for meals, the remote location with limited transport options, and the need for better maintenance are points that could be improved.

Pobyt w Riadzie był rewelacyjny. Obsługa bardzo miła, zawsze była na miejscu. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne. Sam obiekt jest zadbany i czysty, w pokojach jest klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania, co jest bardzo dużym plusem. Codziennie wynoszone są z pokojów śmieci i ręczniki wymieniane są na świeże. Lokalizacja obiektu jest w porządku - prowadzi do niego labirynt ale znajduje się blisko atrakcji tj le jardin secret i place jemaa el fna (10 min). Do stacji autobusowej, z której można pojechać np. Do agadiru jest ok. 20 min.

Brakowało kosmetyków w łazience tj. Mini żel pod prysznic więc polecam wziąć swoje.

Location WAS good.. just follow Google maps.. and look for door 81 Ring the bell and someone WILL come and open the door. Very friendly lady owner who spoke good English. Great breakfast

Small room but good value for money
