Spotless, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and a short taxi to the airport. We were 3 couples traveling so the large balcony/terrace was a great place for us to gather. Reception was most helpful with bags and suggestions for restaurants and shopping which is only a short 5 minute walk from the property. Self serve breakfast of fruit, coffee, yogurt etc was an added bonus and much appreciated.

Availability of ice would be appreciated.

An absolutely lovely place to stay, very homely atmosphere, amazingly helpful and friendly hosts that go above and beyond. We had a very nice room with a lovely balcony. Very close to restaurants and amenities, 10 minutes by bus to the centre of Fiumicino, in one direction, 20 minutes by bus taxi ride to the airport.

We moesten vroeg vertrekken naar de luchthaven. Om 6u stond het ontbijt (self service) klaar. Uiteraard alles verpakt: gezien de omstandigheden en prima oplossing.

Stayed at this property as a layover after returning from Japan. Very convenient location to the airport. We didn't get to the property until very late however they were brilliant at arranging access after hours etc. The breakfast was great - I especially liked the homemade sweet treats and biscuits which when brilliantly with the coffee.

After only staying at the property for less than 12 hours it seems harsh to be critical but if I am trying to provide constructive feedback there were three things: 1/ The seats on the balcony were fairly uncomfortable. It was a gloriously sunny morning however we couldn't really enjoy it as you couldn't really relax on the balcony seats. 2/ We wanted to enjoy the wonderful garden whilst we could. Again, the only seating option was hard plastic garden chairs. 3/ The bathroom layout of the room I was in meant that the toilet was squeezed between the shower and the wall. A larger person would have struggled as there wasn't a lot of space.
