Great single-storey villa. Understated, secluded peaceful and comfortable. Surrounded by trees that provide great shade and breeze. Modern minimalist design where your living area merges with the outside porch, seating and garden, protected by retractable mosquito nets. Clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The external bathroom comes especially handy after swimming. Inside, there is a dining area, kitchen, bathroom, two double and one single bedrooms - all with separate AC units.

It would be great if the local villa owners joined forces to tidy up the wild beach in front of their villas.

A Greek villa in Halkidiki conjures an image of a Aegean idyll. This property is located close to an ugly shore and a stream, that increases the chances of survival of local xeriscape plants in an unkept garden. Unfortunately, this allows a wilderness that is perfumed with a putrid smell at still nights. There are paths and overgrown bushes in and around, with a hint of good intentions at the start, possibly a decade ago. I do not know what the owner intended when he advertised this property as twin villas each equipped with double bathrooms, but in today’s standards, there is only one bathroom in and the other one is located in the rear garden open to the elements in each building. The pictures of the dwelling on your website showed a well kept garden, an enclosed kitchen and most important of all, two inside bathrooms. It appears that the owner combined pictures from both buildings to create a two bathroom dwelling. Our “villa” was built as an incomplete attachment to the other one, as the “kitchen” has no walls, but retractable shutters on two sides which the owner recommends to keep open at all times. I am not certain if this is the cause of the dirt and numerous bugs on and around kitchen utensils and the inside of the fridge and the oven. This would not be a problem if the wilderness did not keep encroaching around the clock. Many many Mosquitos in the evening. Impossible to seat outside and enjoy dinner. The promised (and paid for) cleaning took place at an uncertain time, as the bulk of cobwebs showed. Everyting left outside was covered with dust and the cushions with many stains that required repeat washing to be of use. We have already made the payment and the trip and it took us three to four days four of us to make the space livable. The owner massaged us six days after our arrival to inquire about a repeat cleaning which vas very controversial because we have completed a thorough cleaning by that time.

We had a wonderful stay at this location with our family. The property is perfectly situated right on the shoreline, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The sandy beach is just a quick 2-minute drive away, which was incredibly convenient for our family. The host was excellent—very responsive and attentive to all our needs. We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and convenient coastal retreat.

Property is under unlawful video surveillance i.e. there is NO SIGN that warns you about it. I also suspect that there is an audio surveillance capability, which CANNOT be legal in EU, under any circumstances. Cameras are located in the attic and doorway area lights, and are conceived (are part of) the lights (EMOS spol, type IP-300 TORCH). This illegal activity is already reported to booking.com. The villa is beautiful, in front of the sea and in quiet surroundings. Yet you are 15 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car from town, restaurants, supermarkets. Host is very responsive and helpful.

The house is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It even has a proper shower which is something you rarely find in a holiday home in Greece. The host is friendly and very welcoming. You can immerse in nature, but at the same time the town is very close and there you have restaurants, shops, entertainment.

The villa is located at a quiet area. It's perfect for a family vacation. Everything was in perfect conditions and the owner is always available when in need.

The property is an oasis that brought peace and quiet, delightful moments for our family, a few steps away from the sea, with stunning view from the veranda and yet very close to proximity towns to allow access to shopping, tavernas and entertainment. Very clean and cosy, ideal for extended family accommodation (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), the house has a modern bathroom outside (it was the attraction point for everyone since the air was warm and beautifully smelling of pines, figs and flowers). The garden is well kept, arranged in Japanese style with plants and little stones - it spreads good and calm vibes. The host was extremely careful with all our needs, we kept in touch all the time and he gave us excellent advice related to places to visit or enjoy delicious food (fresh fish wonderfully cooked... what can you wish more when you spend your holiday by the Mediterranean sea...). The house was fully cleaned-up with towels and bed linens changed after 5 days. We definitely recommend this property - together with its twin villa the location can be booked for a larger group of families/ friends and even for a longer period of time, since it gives you the feeling of a familiar holiday home.
