Nairn View Guest House

Location was just off the High St with several eateries and a COOP close by. The wifi worked perfectly well and the facilities provided were better than expected. Breakfast options are all complimentary although I didn't access them. Provision of a washing machine and drier were an added bonus. There is a computer and desk on the first floor and it appears that the host has considered all the potential needs of the traveller. A communal fridge is provided.

Locating the accommodation was the biggest problem - the GPS kept taking me in circles largely because you can't see the street sign as you travel along the one way High St (partly because it is more like a pedestrian laneway than a street off the High St and there is no convenient stopping place). While free parking is available it should be noted that this is in a public car park behind buildings over the street and accessible from the main thoroughfare parallel to the High street. The door handle on my room was OK but will need maintenance in the not too distant future.

Comfortable room with bonus of internet on tv.Tea making facility. Location of property excellent.
