Very clean .comfortable, and ideal location . Great value for money .

Not a great tv reception Wi-Fi kept going of . No Netflix

Very central and easy flexible check in. Useful to have the kitchen facilities and the other guests were very pleasant and respectful.

I must have misread the description and did not realize that the toilet and shower were shared. It would have been better if there was a separate sink for face washing and brushing teeth. The internet was also very poor.

La proximité avec l'aéroport d'Inverness

Des photos sur le site faisant penser que l'on séjournera sur le côté mer, alors que l'entrée de l'hôtel est dans une toute petite impasse en centre-ville, et qu'on a eu d'énormes difficultés à trouver (GPS du véhicule, Waze, Google …) l'adresse de l'établissement ! Réservation initiale d'une chambre avec un lit double... pour tomber sur une chambre à 2 lits simples ! Heureusement, une chambre qui convenait était libre sur le même pallier et nous l'avons occupée, après accord (par e-mail) avec le responsable du Guest House

Good facilities inside. Didn't use kitchen but looked a nice touch & looked like some basic food items there which was free. Room was in good condition shared bathroom was fine

Location. Got no sleep. Right next to kebab shop so lots of hungry pub closing Friday night revellers. Once they had all gone home the seagull noises from then til we left at 6 were like nothing ever heard before. Poor fitting old windows didn't help

The decor

A lot of noise outside late at night,also having to share the toilet and shower,also 1 pillow isn't enough

Nous avons apprécié l aménagement de qualité ainsi que la propreté des chambres et des espaces communs.

Environnement extérieur bruyant du a la présence d oiseaux (goélands et pigeons) et de fenêtres en simple vitrage. Non possibilité d' occulter la lumière du jour.

Room was clean and comfortable

On arrival, there was no key available to lock the door, staff took an hour to arrive with a key. Staff tried to tell me i had only booked for 2 adults not 2 adults and a child, sent a screenshot to prove who I had booked for and staff I was communicating with took a hostile tone with me, I wasn't impressed with his manner.

La décoration était magnifique, faite avec goût. Avoir une cuisine bien equipée fut appreciable.La salle de bain était très bien . La literie a été très confortable.
