Heating was not working properly. No water was there for two days.

You couldn't put the heaters on at the same time as the kettle or air fryer because the electric would trip but they provided a whistle kettle for the hob

Not being able to use electric kettle at the same time as the heating. Living area was small. Neighbours ere very noisy on Saturday night.

Was very cold and heater in lounge not powerful enough but nothing a duvet didn't put right.
GBA lovely welcome pack and nice to have towels and bed linen provided as well as a few kitchen and bathroom essentials which are usually lacking in these caravans. The host was quick to respond to issues around the boiler and the oven and provided a big air fryer very quickly to help. The double bed was so comfortable!
Having to turn heaters off to boils a kettle or dry hair was a bit of a pain as well as lighting the boiler which was faffy.
GBThe van needed a lot of tlc to bring it up to a good standard, boiler was an issue. The table needs changing to a more practical table. The mattresses were uncomfortable as well as the lounge seats
