Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort

The breakfast is a buffet with a large range of options. The pool is the largest in Thailand. Room was large and comfy. Restaurants were good - Italian and Asian. Nice spa. Beach access across the street. Good excursions - we went to Hong Island.

This isn’t a negative, just an observation. As a couple who enjoyed the privacy and ambiance at Rayavadee, the Sofitel is a larger resort hotel that caters more to families and golfers.

Localização. Alem disse nosso quarto ficava perto de.uma mesquita que as 5AM começavam a reza com microfone alto que vazava muito o som. Dava pra ouvir nitidamente. Menos mal que durava 15 minutos

Staff were incredible in every department, efficient and super friendly. Food was good , especially breakfast. Explorer Bar very good drinks and service, and the live music was 10/10. Food at pool bar could be better.

Upon arrival, the hotel made a wonderful first impression and looked absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the quality of service was somewhat inconsistent during our stay. Our room was very noisy, which we reported; however, the issue was not resolved. We experienced several nights of disrupted sleep. Our room was located on the third floor with an attic/roof space above, and there were loud noises coming from the attic, similar to furniture being moved, sometimes lasting until as late as 3:00 a.m. The restaurants were good overall, though not exceptional, as some of the food lacked flavour. After getting sunburnt, we chose to order food to our room. We were surprised to find that a delivery charge was applied, especially as the bill already included a tip and a 10% charge. Charging extra for delivery from a restaurant located approximately 50 metres away felt unnecessary. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious, very clean, and featured a high-quality mattress, which we appreciated. The beach being directly across the road was a major highlight. The hotel also offers complimentary daily activities, several of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we had a lovely stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly given the price point of the hotel.
