Comfort van bedden. Prima douche en sanitair. Netjes ingericht.

De afwezigheid van wat kleinere lampen of mogelijkheid tot dimmen van verlichting.

Spacious rooms, including terrace style dining room. The kitchen has a big pantry, fridge and working space.

Initially, I couldn't connect wifi. A router was in the living room but it didn't work. The wifi started after several communications. So that was fine. But a router was not plugged in. That was a mystery.

Was there for surgery, upon getting home from surgery, the door lock broke and we couldn’t get in for 45 minutes. Not ideal, being on crutches and just out from under general anaesthetic

Close to the city, spacious. 2 bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs was great. Very modern and close to restaurants, cafes and the city centre.

That there was no onsite parking, however there was parking down the street which helped.

Was very tidy and clean

There was no allocated car parking for the complex. Had to find parking on the street a distance away.

Clean and modern, had everything we needed for a weekend stay plus extra such as a washer dryer, 2 x heat pumps.

3pm check in is late, had to pay for luggage storage as we arrived in Christchurch in the morning. Due to the time of year it was a too cold to use the dining room table and chairs which were in the sun room but that room would be lovely in warmer weather especially with a sofa in it for relaxing. A bigger sofa would have been good, the two seater is OK for two but if four guests were staying the lounge area would be two seats short.

It’s new, with very comfortable beds and only 4 blocks from the city centre. Hoi Polloi bar and restaurant, Thai restaurant and boutique whisky store next door. Free parking on Salisbury Street is great.

Needs a coffee plunger.
