SIITL'appartamento e' carino, ben arredato, in posizione molto comoda e pulito. Particolarmente apprezzata la possibilita' di parcheggiare la moto in garage per cui nessuna preoccupazione. La zona e' molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Nell'appartemento c'e' davvero tutto. Grande attenzione anche per le piccole cose tipo sale, olio, zucchero, macchinetta del caffe' con cialde, ecc In molti altri posti non c'e' la stessa attenzione ed e' sempre un problema. Matteo e' disponibile e gentile. Considerando tutto e' probabilmente uno dei migliori appartamenti in cui ho alloggiato.

ROThe property was very good, big, has everything that you need for a few days trip. The kitchen was complete, the bed comfortable, and the owner is very friendly and helpful
The biggest issue we had was the AC, that didn't work. It wasn't the owner's fault, he didn't know about it ( we stayed over the weekend and even if he tried to fix it, no one works during weekends ) The first night we barely slept because it was very hot. The next days and nights , we slept better because we opened the windows, but another problem came, which was the noise ( neighbours - that are very noisy- trimming the grass, loud music, yelling, dog barks ) Also, the cleaning lacks a little bit- full of hair in the bathroom - but the towels and bed sheets were clean
GBWe are so happy we chose this apartment. It was modern, clean and had more than we needed for our stay. It is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. There is only one other apartment on that floor which is the owners, therefore very quiet. The bed drops down from the wall on to the sofa. It is already made so no need to make it each night. Easy. Very convenient to walk into Pordenone or walk to the station. Many places to eat nearby. Lidl about an 8 minute walk. In conclusion I would say this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. No complaints only compliments. We will definitely stay here again on a visit to Pordenone.

GBThis is an excellent, modern apartment, a short walk from the centre of Pordenone. Matteo met us on arrival, and showed us all the facilities. He was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all, this is an impressive apartment for a stay in Pordenone.
