"Wunderbare Unterkunft nahe dem Zentrum. Netter Kontakt, einfacher Check in /out. Alles super!"

gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, easy Check-in und Check-out. Nutzbare Küche inkl. Kühlschrank. In 15 Minuten an div. Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wohnung im 2.Stock, schmale Treppe - jedoch wurde ein kleiner Lift eingebaut, somit kann der Koffer sehr gut mit dem Lift nach oben gebracht werden.

Sono stata al Genoardo della Zisa con un’amica e l’esperienza è stata così positiva da spingermi a tornare: la camera sono ampie, dotate di ogni comfort e molto pulite. Anche il bagno è grande, funzionale. Il tutto, compresi gli spazi comuni, molto bellini, curati. Il posto l’ho trovato ottimo: a due passi dal centro storico ma con la possibilità di arrivare in auto. Un ulteriore punto di forza è dato dal proprietario, una persona molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliato per un soggiorno a Palermo.

Sono stato al Genoardo della Zisa per una settimana. Il posto è bello e pratico (15 minuti a piedi dal Teatro Massimo) e le stanze hanno un arredamento moderno (tutto è sempre molto pulito). Ciò che rende "il genoardo della Zisa" unico è il proprietario (Michele), sempre gentile. Per ogni bisogno legato al vostro sogiorno, lui è disponibile per soddisfarlo!

Ottima struttura, arredata con stile, a poca distanza dal centro di Palermo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi e sono stati di grande aiuto nel consigliarmi sui posti da visitare e i ristoranti dove mangiare. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. E' presente un ascensore, comodo per portare su i bagagli (anche se entra una persona alla volta). Sotto casa e' facile parcheggiare (almeno ad Agosto), e la zona non e' a pagamento.

Aggiungerei una luce intorno allo specchio del bagno (per rasatura, trucco, etc.)
