The view over the river was unbelievable. Every morning I would sit on the back porch overlooking all the River traffic and drink my coffee. It was fantastic.

I liked everything about the property. I would’ve stayed there additional nights, but it was already booked.

View was beautiful - you felt immersed in the city, even if it was a bit noisy at times. Air conditioning was great. Beds were really comfortable.

Agreed to drop bags at midday but on arrival, had to contact the host to gain entry to the property. Had agreed to return at 3pm to check in, so we did with food shopping, only to be met by a grumpy cleaner who said we could not access until 4pm despite prior agreement. My friend asked if he could use the bathroom before we left and she advised he could if he paid. Spiral staircase up to other beds was a bit unsteady and difficult to climb. Balcony table was broken. Bottle of wine was meant to be included with stay but was not. One room a bit bigger than the other and the smaller one you could not walk round.

We liked the view and closeness to the river

The overall lack of cleanliness, smelly bathroom and mould on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. It was more noisy than expected due to the trains directly above us.

The location is stylish. The apartment looks very nice. In every room is an air conditioner which was a relief because at the time we stayed there it was very cold and rainy weather.

In the apartment was very strong smell of cleaning products.

The location is great, right next to Douro river. The apartment has nice brightly colored window and door frames and a functional kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Views amazing

The passing train on the near by bridge makes a lot of noice. The check in time at 16:00 is quite late and when we arrived at that time the apartment was still not ready, the cleaning went on for another 45 minutes. There is no lock inside the apartment main door and one afternoon the cleaning lady came in without notice with her own door code. Also the door leading from the street to the hall way does not lock.

No mirrors in the bedrooms.
