Comfortable stay, have access to use kitchen. 20minute walk to the beach.

Good location not too far from the restaurants! A scooter ride away, but can’t hear the night life! Nice sized room and the staff were lovely!

Dogs barking all hours of the night ( which isn’t the accommodations fault, but it did keep us up )

The room; the staff; we love the food (breakfast), private bathroom is clean. It’s not noisy and they are PET-Friendly.

There is NO bidet despite the room details explicitly stating there is. They provide no drinking water in the room but have service water in the communal kitchen. Yet in the morning, the tank was empty, and no staff was anywhere to be found.

My brief getaway proved to be fulfilling, and this property perfectly met our expectations. It offers convenient access to various amenities and attractions nearby. The room rates are incredibly budget-friendly, encompassing all the essentials within easy reach such as stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and restaurants. Moreover, its proximity to the airport and Alona Beach adds to its allure.

During my brief stay at Casi Verde Guest House, I experienced utmost convenience as it is strategically located amidst essential amenities for our journey. The proximity to a gasoline station, convenience store, pharmacy, and a restaurant featuring a delightful selection of Korean and Filipino cuisines added to the overall convenience. Moreover, the accommodations were notably comfortable, making my time at the guest house highly enjoyable.
