Didn't even get to stay at the location as even though had booked the place upon reaching they said the hotel is full

The guy at the reception tried to push all blame on booking.com . He kept on saying they keep on accepting orders so its not his fault Places like this should just be honestly removed from the website Looks like the guy is busy enough anyway. BTW no taxi can go upto the hotel so be ready to drag your bags through the narrow streets
