Das Hotelzimmer lag am höchsten Punkt der Stadt mit weitestem Ausblick in die Landschaft. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und nicht nur an small-talk interessiert. Ich habe ein ausgezeichnetes Gespräch mit einer der Mitarbeiterinnen geführt obgleich ich nur 1 Nacht übernachtet habe. War wunderbar.

Da fällt mir auch nach dem Nachdenken nichts ein.

La gentilezza e disponibilità alla Reception ,la gentilezza al Lunch presso il loro ristorante,arrivato e preso subito la comanda,malgrado ci fosse molta gente e ho avuto un ottimo servizio

La poca gentilezza e professionalità al Dinner in sala del loro ristorante c'erano 3 tavoli compreso il mio,8 pax,e ho aspettato 25 minuti per poter ordinare
