Owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. Great location. Very safe.

Highlights: Location was superb. Close to everything, including many businesses, restaurants, cafes, etc, within a stone's throw. Host was extraordinary, extremely responsive and communicative. It was a pleasure working with him. The property felt very safe, with strong security at street level. House is spacious, with plenty of room and several different areas to hang out. Rooftop terrace is terrific. A little hot during the afternoon, but mornings and evenings were gorgeous. On demand hot water heater, very modern, provides infinite hot water, very impressive. Quiet location, off the main street.

Some minor maintenance issues, easily resolved; Smallish kitchen, minimalist but functional (ie, no dishwasher or microwave); Not much natural light in the house, and artificial light should be improved. Some noise (construction and barking dogs) was sometimes disturbing but obviously beyond the host's control.

The host was amazing and really helped us with everything. the area was really nice with cool bars and eateries.

I liked everything. It’s a small house that is comfy, clean, well located, safe. Everything works and one feels like at home. The host Albaro was always attentive to our needs. Nights were quiet. The house is close to parks, main avenues, restaurants, shops, etc. I couldn’t have asked for more.

As I said before, I liked everything. No complains here.

This property was definitely charming! Beautiful entrance, neighbours, facilities and very central! Our favourite part was definitely the balcony - very special!
