"апартаменты рядом с озером "

квартира в целом хорошая, удобный матрац, комфортно спать, большая лоджия, вид на горы, вокруг зелень, поют птицы, расположение удобное, в пешей доступности озеро, около дома есть пиццерия с вкусной пиццей, территория дома огорожена с красивым садом, но в апартаментах необходимо обновить диван в гостинной, починить сантехнику в ванне, и почистить или заменить ванну и будет все отлично.
