Clean, well located, quiet, easy to access, clear indications.

Bathroom shower was not checked before arrival. It was broken and I had to wait after the weekend for it to be repaired which meant 80% of my stay I had to shower with a broken shower head. The room was spacious but had not a single chair or suitcase rack. I had to pick up clothes from suitcase on the floor. There were only three hangers in the closet. Just three miserable hangers.

The division of the rooms was unexpected but really comfortable in the end. Also the space, the rooms are very large and full of all the facilities you may need. The host is very kind and, therefore, I suggest this as place to stay, also because is nearly to all the facilities and bus station to go anywhere in the nearby places.

- Old fitting. - TV didnt worked well because the coaxial cable was defective. After i moved the cable a little bit the tv worked fine.

The room was really nice, big, a lot of place to organize my clothes. The bed was excellent. At around 13 min from the train station. The included breakfast at Enrico (one coffe and one cornetto) was really good. I received quick answers from Giusseppe

Coffe corner only has a coffe machine, no kitchen, no fridge, no kitchen utensils... The batroom is not in the bedroom
