Backup-Power Elegant NY Balcony Apartment

Incredible location with Bree St just around the corner which had lots of food and drink venues. View was pretty good, although a fair bit of construction going on (not much they can do about that). Facilities were excellent, including a really stocked out kitchen, washing machine, clean toilet/bathroom. It had a TV and nice big doors to the balcony. It was a cute little apartment with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this accom.

Couches were pretty uncomfortable, otherwise nothing

First of all, the decoration. It was very pleasing to stay, clean, nice view, good internet, good quality appliances, clean and hot towels. The location is perfect, you can go anywhere just few minutes away.

I think that smoking (only) at balcony should be allowed

It was well managed and secure building/location. If I’m back in Cape Town I’ll definitely come back

I wished the rooms had a fitted AC unit instead of a small handheld heater

It was beautiful and neat. Also very safe and has parking. There was everything we needed for a self catering apartment. We even got two chocolates on the bed. I also appreciated the fam heater and extra blanket.

Our cushions smelled of sweat maybe they can try washing them regularly. The blanket was also not clean looked dirty on the white side. Our broom was full of hair, found some in the shower also. Balcony was also dirty with cigarette stumps all over. The sound from the nearby construction site was the worst in the mornings. We can’t obviously blame the property for that.

The location is superb, near all amenities.
